Grundig Business Systems and Wolters Kluwer Deutschland Subsidiary DictaPlus Integrate their Solutions
Strategic Partnership ensures optimal dictation management / Wolters Kluwer Subsidiary, DictaPlus, expand their offerings
(Düren/Bayreuth, November 2, 2006) - Within the scope of a strategic partnership, Grundig Business Systems have immediately begun installing the dictation management-software, DictaPlus 5s, in all of their stationary and mobile dictation devices.
DictaPlus GmbH, a leading manufacturer of digital dictation software for professional users and subsidiary of information provider Wolters Kluwer Germany, has intensified its collaboration with Grundig Business Systems GmbH, one of the world’s leading providers of professional dictation systems, to better service its users. They offer specific users, requiring a high use of dictation, for example law firms or hospitals, an integrated solution for dictation management.
All hardware offered by Grundig Business Systems, such as the mobile dictation device, Digta 415 and Digta 4015 or the stationary PC-microphone DigtaProMic 840 USB can easily and comfortably be combined with the DictaPlus 5s functions. Programming and administration of the devices is performed centrally. Thereby the user can concentrate his efforts on the important matters, without needing to deal with the technical details.
DictaPlus 5s software is suited not only for mobile but also stationary devices. In addition, this solution allows for access to Annotext Business Solution, the modern lawyers’ central base for legal and tax information, likewise a Wolters Kluwer Germany company. This legal organisations’ software assists in optimizing Grundig Business Systems’ devices used by lawyers and notary publics. Moreover, the integrated speech recognition provides typists with a finished copy of the dictation.
