• The ordinary shares have a nominal value of EUR 0.12.

Credit facilities

In September 2006, Wolters Kluwer negotiated an amended EUR 1.0 billion multi-currency credit facility of just under five years’ duration – to expire in July 2011. This new credit facility replaces a EUR 750 million multi-currency credit facility which had the same expiry date. The new facility has a higher limit, a lower interest rate, and a lower arrangement fee.
