Before joining Wolters Kluwer, Mr. Lesica was the Group Vice President of Business Operations and Information Technology at Avaya Communications.

Over the last 20 years, Mr. Lesica has held a number of senior executive positions at large firms including IBM, PepsiCo, and J. Crew.
